From time to time, there is an issue with the delivery of packages. If you believe your order has been lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not track the shipping of each order, so we might not see that your order has been delayed or worse. Here is a link to the USPS site about filing a claim and the process. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm#. Typically the USPS allows you to file a claim after 15 days from the date of shipping.
