Refund policy


All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on items shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you received the wrong item, or if your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. A brief description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to offer a replacement or refund—depending on the situation.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at commonsoulcoffee@gmail.com.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you've been approved for a refund but haven't received it:

    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund officially posts.
    3. If you've done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at commonsoulcoffee@gmail.com.
